Mann Yadanarpon Airlines
Mann Yadanarpon Airlines (AirMYP) is the first airline in Myanmar to base its operations at Mandalay International Airport. AirMYP aims to provide convenient international flight connections to international travelers arriving at and departing from Mandalay. AirMYP plans to expand its operations to regional destinations after successfully operating domestic services for two years.
AirMYP introduced an automated messenger chatbot to make ease in purchasing the flight tickets. After building up AirMYP Chatbot, AirMYP wished to launch a Promotion Campaign to drive leads to the chatbot.
First, we set up an objective to drive leads to AirMYP Chatbot. After brainstorming, social listening and analyzing, we, next marketing, came up with the optimized strategy to fulfill the desired objective. We have created social media contents using different types such as comic post, carousel post, and video post sticking to our objective.
The key metrics including Link Click to Chatbot and Sale Leads in messenger hit more than expected. Besides the key metrics, we have got cost-effectiveness in Engagement, Reach and Impression. Finally, we successfully run the AirMYP Chatbot Promotion Campaign through the Facebook channel.
